Ms. Martin is a licensed real estate broker and seasoned investor with a focus on creative real estate (including lease options, land contracts and land trusts).
Sharon Clarke is former head Box Office Treasurer for Jazz at Lincoln Center. Specializing in tax liens and deeds, Ms. Clarke invests in the tri-state and Midwest areas.
Daniella Fairbairn, newest addition to TEAM REIA NYC, is an Administrative Assistant at a long-standing nonprofit and specializes in wholesale properties in St. Louis, Missouri.
Versed in both real estate management and investing, Steve Ferrier owns investment properties in Brooklyn, New York. By day, Mr. Ferrier serves as IT Director for a nonprofit organization that addresses the root causes of poverty in third world countries worldwide.
